Three hundred sixty four days passed by in a blur, but this last one has been a doozy! I’ve found myself sitting after a whirlwind 365th, reflecting upon the past year. A year in which I’ve lived out a dream of building a tribe, no, a village of amazing humans to come together and build upon their own dreams.
Tribe is a common term used in our culture lately. It is something so many people like ourselves seem to aspire to be a part of. A community linked socially, with common values, goals or ideas, ‘typically having a recognized leader.” I would consider the community we have all build together at Keller Street consists not of leaders and followers, but friends and colleagues and coworkers alike. No one person has made our address the best on the block. We have all done it together.
During this last year, I have learned so much about so many. I have grown and have shrunk and grown even further. I’ve laughed at the fun we’ve had and cried on the days that I didn’t think I had anything left to give. And for every smile and every tear there was at least one of you who was there to give me a hug or a high five and thank me for it all.
I can’t thank each and every person enough for the community you have helped me build. For being a very special part of something much bigger and better than I could ever have dreamt. I am honored to be a part of your world and grateful to have you be a part of mine.
Cheers to the next 365…
From the bottom of my VERY FULL heart,
Danielle Stroble
